Admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Maryland, District of Columbia, United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the District of Columbia and the District of Maryland. Ms. Miller is active in the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute and the Alexandria Bar Association.

Ms. Miller maintains an active litigation practice concentrating in the defense of professional liability claims. She has defended licensed professionals and entities including lawyers, real estate brokers and sales persons, long term care facilities and individual health care providers accused of failing to fulfill professional obligations. Ms. Miller is an experienced trial attorney who also appears for clients in formal mediation and arbitration sessions to successfully resolve cases and meet her clients’ objectives.
