B.S. (Biology/Visual and Performing Arts) 1999, Fairfield University; J.D. 2002, The George Washington University Law School. Admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Ms. Wynne has experience in securities, telecommunications, veterans affairs, products liability, and insurance coverage. Her current practice focuses on insurance defense and workers compensation. Ms. Wynne has tried cases at the administrative, district, and circuit court levels and has experience in appellate practice as well. During law school, Ms. Wynne gained extensive experience in civil practice while interning for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia.
