B.A. (History), with distinction, 2004, University of Nebraska; J.D. 2007, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, The College of William & Mary. Admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Nebraska, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Pearson is also a member of the Alexandria Bar Association and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.

Prior to coming to Hudgins Law Firm, Mr. Pearson served for two years as a Law Clerk for the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria. He has experience in criminal law and in several areas of civil law, including domestic, wills and estates, and professional liability. During law school, Mr. Pearson gained experience while working for Nebraska Appleseed Center for Law in the Public Interest and the Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Services Council.
